In 2017 I started my journey with BKSOPA.  What a journey it has been up to now!  In my time with the school, I achieved with the help of our teacher, far more than I ever thought possible.  Through the competition is tight, the sense of family is far more than precious.  Scale and Technique weeks gets us out of our comfort zones and for an introvert like myself, they are challenging, but so rewarding.  I am always amazed at the level of talent in the school and it drives one to do better.  Effort, compassion, excellence and friend is the word I can ascribe to our coach.  These qualities always tend to bring out the best in me and every other student in the school.

I've been a paino student at BKSOPA for a year now.   In this short time my progress has exceeded my wildest expectations.  I enjoy the fact that we work with a specific goal in mind, but that there is also flexibility to speak to my specific needs.   There is also a good balance between acquiring practical as well as technical knowledge, and to this end Brian brings with him a wealth of advanced skill and a depth of knowledge of the entertainment industry.  I look forward to every lesson and event, because I know I will be equipped and stretched in my ability, while being cheered on.  All this with positive feedback that will help me grow even more.

Ons is al 5 jaar deel van die BKSOPA "family" Ja hier is almal familie, hier ontgun Brian elke student se God gegewe talent met hoe kwaliteit afrigting.  Brian dankie dat jy soveel invest en glo in Simone, sy het ongelooflike baie gegroei.  Jy is soveel meer as net n coach, jy het altyd n oor om te luister en raad om te gee.  Niks is ooit te veel moeite nie.  Ons is dankbaar om deel te wees van BKSOPA.
